NURSING CARE IN THE AGE OF ADOLESCENTS PREGNANCY

Adolescence is a transitional period between childhood to adulthood and the relative
has not reached the stage of mental and social maturity so they have to face the
pressures of social emotions and conflicting. There are so many life events that will occur that will not only determine the life of adulthood but also quality of life for future generations so putting this as a critical period.

In developing countries of this transition took place very quickly. Even the age
at first sex was always younger than the ideal age to get married (Kiragu, 1995:10, quoted from Alexander, 1997).

Effect of global information (exposure to audio-visual media) are more easily accessible to
even lure children and adolescents to adapt-kebiaasaan unhealthy habits such as smoking, drinking alcoholic beverages, abuse of illicit drugs and injections, a fight or brawl between teenagers (Iskandar, 1997) . In the end, cumulatively these habits will accelerate the early age of sexually active as well as deliver them in the habit of high-risk sexual behavior, because most teenagers do not have accurate knowledge about reproductive health and sexuality and have no access to reproductive health information and services, including contraception.

Needs and the types of risks of reproductive health faced by adolescents has characteristics
different from children or adults. Risk types of reproductive health that must be faced teens include pregnancy, abortion, sexually transmitted diseases (STDs), to sexual violence, as well as problems limited access to information and health services.

The risk is influenced by many interrelated factors, namely demands for
early marriage and sexual relationships, access to education and employment, gender inequality, sexual violence and the influence of mass media and lifestyle.
Pregnancy under the age of 20 years (teenagers) are particularly vulnerable to complications. Physically, their reproductive organs are still in the process of maturation, whereas emotionally not ready to face the burden of pregnancy for nine months, according to dr.Boy Abidin, Sp.OG.

Early pregnancy include the risk that is no less severe. Because the emotional mother
's mother is not stable and easily strained. While birth defects can arise due to
tensions in the womb, a sense of emotional denial when the mother
containing baby. (Ubayd Allah, 2000).

Once Sip Cigarettes, 4000 Poison Sign

SURABAYA-smoke cigarettes contain over 4,000 chemicals poison (toxin) and 43 compounds cause  cancer (carcinogenic) that can irritate the lungs.
Chemicals such as hydrogen cyanide was also found in toxic gases, acetone existing in the paint, butane lighter on fuel, arsenic, carbon monoxide is found in exhaust fumes, ammonia cleaner on the floor, the insecticide DDT, methanol in gasoline rocket , naphthalene in mothballs, and vinyl chloride in the plastic contained in tobacco cigarettes smoked.
Pulmonary Specialists Expert Soetomo Hospital Surabaya, dr Tutik Kusmiati SpP, one of the speakers confirmed that thesmoking means someone is going to put 4 thousand poisons and 43 cancer-causing compounds in the body. "Not only that smoke cigarettes if it is blown onto the table rather difficult loss because he is sticky, then what would happen if the smoke into the lungs which can be more and more the longer the number, "he explained in the Workshop on Strengthening Communication Acceleration To Protect the public from the threat Smoke Cigarettes held Public Health Association of Indonesia (IAKMI) Java in order to welcome the Anti-Tobacco Day worldwide, at Surabaya Plaza Hotel on Saturday (28 / 5).
So it is not true that no research in several books that say that the causes of cancer is not due to smoking . "Because at this time in the world every minute 10 people die due to smoking . Thus, the study is very wrong and should not be used as reference materials, "said this lecturer at the Faculty of Medicine Airlangga University.
Especially because it is made of long chains of molecules, making the smell of smoke cigarettes are hard to lose and it took a long time to be eliminated, especially on the cloth. "That's why second-hand smoke have a higher risk three times that of pe cigarettes active due to exposure to smoke cigarettes out of the tip side cigarette burning it more dangerous. Because there is no filter that protects the pecigarette smoke, "explained Tutik.
Meanwhile, Dr. Imam S Mohny of Environmental Advocacy Center Smoke-Free Cigarettes Airlangga University School of Public Health said the number of negative impacts that can be generated from the smoke of cigarettes for one's health is supposed to be a serious concern for the government. "Some areas do have to impose regulations on the area without a cigarette . But until now only known to only 11 districts / cities have regulations regarding the Area No Smoking , but its implementation in the field is still far from the expected, "he explained.
Currently there are 8 provinces that already have policies KTR and 11 districts / cities which already have local regulations that Palembang, Jakarta, Bogor, Tangerang, Bandung, Surabaya, Pontianak, Sragen, Padang Panjang, Payakumbuh and Cirebon. "But the number is of course still very few compared with the total number of regencies / cities in Indonesia," said Public Health Faculty Airlangga University Surabaya.
He continued, in some other areas there was even a regulation that limited governors, regents rules or regulations of any mayor, and some are still in draft local regulations. "KTR (Zone No Smoking ) is actually the responsibility of all components of both the individual, society, parliament and government to protect current and future generations, "he added.
Determination of Area No smoking is to reduce exposure to smoke cigarettes that can be detrimental to passive smokers , because as it is known that cigarette smoke contains 4000 chemicals and 43 toxic compounds carcinogenic (causes cancer).
In addition, he said, Indonesia is the only country in Asia Pacific and member of the Organization of Islamic Conference (OIC) which has not been incorporated in the  Framework Convention on Tobacco Control (FCTC)  or organization controlling the world who care about tobacco use. "Despite actively involved in drafting the discussion of the FCTC as members but the final seconds of the Government of Indonesia to cancel the signing of the treaty document in 2003 and has yet to ratify it," he explained.
For that, he hopes the Government of Indonesia must immediately access the FCTC document and do not get caught up in misperceptions control cigarette . "This was done to protect present and future generations from the adverse health, social, environmental and economic consequences of consumption of tobacco and exposure to smoke cigarettes of others. Do not be too afraid that control tobacco use will be reduced foreign exchange sector and destroy the farmers, "he concluded.
